Thank you for choosing to dive with us. Your payment has been processed.  Here are some frequently asked questions:

What if I Need to Rent Tanks or Gear?
Each dive on the schedule indicates whether or not tanks are included. If you need to rent tanks or any gear please call the dive shop to reserve at least 3 days before the dive. You will pay the dive shop directly for any tanks or gear rental needed for the dive when you check in. In some cases the Safety Officer will contact you ahead of the dive to determine the total number and type of tanks needed. This varies by dive operator.

What About Weather? 
A message from the Safety Officer will be posted in red at the top of the home page indicating the dive status along with their phone number for more information. Morning dives: check here by 6:00 p.m. the night before. Afternoon dives: check here by 9:00 a.m. the morning of the dive. 

What if the Dive is Cancelled?
If the dive is cancelled by the dive operator due to weather or some other reason out of our control, you will receive a credit coupon by email for the full amount you paid for the dive (check your junk/spam folder). You may use this coupon for any upcoming dive during the season. The price of your dive order will be reduced by the amount of your coupon when entered at check out. 

What if I need to Cancel?
This year we have streamlined pricing, insurance and refunds. All dives include cancellation insurance. If you must cancel a dive, just fill out the cancellation form and your payment will be refunded, minus a $10 processing fee (i.e. the dive insurance).
