Please complete this form when requested to by the Safety Officer to collect Tank reservation orders. Even if you are bringing your own tanks please complete the form and you must use the same email you used to purchase the dive for tracking purposes. If you have any special needs outside the choices provided please include in the message field. Payment for tanks, when upgraded or not expressly included by the operator, are paid directly by you, the member, and not covered under the price of the dive.
Please note the following deadlines for placing tank reservations. Failure to meet the deadline, depending on the dive operator, may result in tanks not being available.
Saturday dives: Tank reservations must be submitted by Thursday.
Sunday dives: Tank reservations must be submitted by Friday.
TIP: Tanks reservations can be made at any time ahead of any dive. If you know you will need to rent tanks for a future dive feel free to enter it. Any cancellation of the dive will also cancel the tank request.
